British Riding Clubs is the umbrella association for all affiliated riding clubs and is part of The British Horse Society. More than half a century ago several Riding Clubs approached the BHS about the provision of an affiliation scheme. The clubs wanted to associate themselves with the main equestrian organisation, but wanted to continue to run their own affairs and maintain their autonomy and so an affiliation scheme was set up on this basis. Over the years the number of affiliating clubs continued to grow and they began to establish an identity together as a group, culminating in the name British Riding Clubs. Now there are more than 430 clubs and 38,000 members in British Riding Clubs. |

Easy Dressage mini practice arenas were inspired by a desire to help riders learn their tests. A small distraction can cause loss of concentration and memory even for the most experienced riders. It happens so easily when your horse is obsessed with the monster in the hedge, the terrifying flower pots, or where his friends are. |
